Scooter Braun Really Needs to Reconsider This, Too

Scooter BraunJustin Bieber's manager, has thus far been the only one to release any kind of statement to the media about his client's arrest -- unless you want to consider crap-parent Jeremy Bieber's cover-all-bases comment on Twitter that said, simply, "Love," and was directed at his children -- and it's ... well, it's not even all that great. Here, tell me this isn't a man at the end of his rope, too:

He then claimed to be calling it "a night," and remained mum thereafter.
Here's the thing, though -- poor Scooter must be just so completely tired out by this poor kid and his trashy family, because that advice up there? Well, it might apply if you were a reasonable person and considered "adversity" something like getting through a semester with a tough professor, or sticking out a job that you hate until you find a better calling instead of just bailing on it and relying on your mom for rent money, because "adversity" and the ability to "handle" it doesn't necessarily jive well with 19-year-olds who are encouraged to drink and drug and drive.

No, there's a much, much deeper problem there than just having the inability to deal with the fallout of one's actions.

What Justin needs is to cut all ties with his repulsive enabler father -- and possibly mother, too -- and start anew, embarking on a renewed sense of purpose and design. Drop the loser friends, drop the drugs, go to rehab, and forget this adolescent business. Lots of people who have been there have gotten over their damaged, self-indulgent BS by the time they hit 30, and even though he's one of the most famous young men in the world, it doesn't mean that Justin himself can't, too.
