Karrueche Tran didn't dump Chris Brown because of the girl he allegedly banged in rehab -- sources close to the model tell TMZ ... she dropped the hammer on their relationship because he refused to stop texting his army of jump offs.

There's been speculation that Karrueche pulled the plug when she found out he had hooked up with another girl in his facility at the beginning of March -- but we're told the break-up preceded that ... We're told Karrueche ended things after she visited Chris in rehab the month before.
Sources tell us ... Karrueche saw Chris' phone during her visit -- and it was filled with inappropriate texts from other girls. It was the last straw. We're told Karrueche was especially pissed because she'd been nothing but supportive to Chris throughout his ordeal, even going to court with him.
We're told Karrueche wasn't even aware Chris had allegedly been getting down with girls in rehab until long after the break-up.

Justin Bieber will be charged with a crime for allegedly egging his neighbor's house, but the case will probably never go to trial ... sources connected with the case tell TMZ.

Our sources say the L.A. County D.A. has contacted Bieber's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, and asked for a meeting to discuss restitution for the egging damage -- which the neighbor puts at $20K.
We're told the discussion between Weitzman and the prosecutor will center around paying for the damage, and pleading no contest to misdemeanor vandalism. Bieber would serve no jail time and be placed on informal probation.
The short of it all -- the case would be over before it begins. Bieber will be charged, the plea bargain will be entered and it would then be case closed.
Our sources say the D.A. and the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. are at odds over the case. The Sheriff wants Bieber charged with a FELONY because the egging was intentional and it caused a huge amount of damage. The D.A., we're told, thinks Bieber's hijinks does not rise to the level of a felony ... and a misdemeanor is more appropriate.
We're told Weitzman has not met with the D.A. yet but that should happen shortly. It looks like this case could be resolved as early as next week.

Justin Bieber has a solid explanation for APPEARING to be under the influence when he was told to walk the line ... he messed up his foot while skateboarding -- and you won't believe how Bieber threw his wealth in the cop's face during the arrest.
Justin has been charged with DUI in Miami Beach. Cops say Bieber tested positive for Xanax and weed ... his alcohol level was inconsequential ... .014.
Cops are hanging their hat on Bieber appearing unsteady as he tried walking the line in jail. But according to newly released documents, Bieber told cops he had a hairline fracture on his right foot ... caused by a skateboarding accident 3 months earlier.
And then there are some snotty comments from the Biebs. According to the new docs, Bieber told the arresting officer, "I'm 19 years old. I'm just out having a good time." The cop responded he wasn't driving around in a Lambo at that age. Bieber fired back, "Yeah, well, I bet you didn't have millions of dollars in your bank account either."
The arresting officer told Bieber it seemed he was having trouble driving the Lamborghini, to which Bieber responded, "What? I've been driving a Lamborghini since I was 15."
The case against Bieber seems about as shaky as his gait. It's pretty clear he wasn't drag racing as the arresting cop claimed. And another cop claimed Bieber reeked of booze, which doesn't seem possible.

Chris Brown will stink to holy hell ... because he's only allowed one shower every two days.

According to our sources, Brown -- who will sit in jail until April 23 -- is in solitary confinement 23 hours a day ... which means he won't have a cellmate to disgust with his vile odor.

We're told Brown is allowed to work out in his cell and can read library books.

Brown was hauled back to jail after getting thrown out of a rehab facility in Malibu. The judge wants him behind bars until the D.C. assault case runs its course in mid-April. And, if he's convicted, Chris could be transferred to prison for violation probation in the Rihanna case.

The guy who Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing for secretly videotaping their engagement is not only sneaky ... he's blind -- at least according to the judge.

Chad Hurley -- who co-founded YouTube -- claimed when he videotaped the proposal at AT&T Park in San Fran and later released it on his website MixBit ... he had no idea he had signed a confidentiality agreement.

The case was in court Tuesday -- Hurley was trying to get it dismissed -- but the judge scoffed at him, saying the entire document Hurley signed was 1 page and at the top the words CONFIDENTIALITY could not possibly be missed.

Kanye and Kim could score a huge payday, courtesy of their lawyer, Eric George ... because the judge said Hurley could be liable for fraud, which opens the door to punitive damages ... which theoretically could mean millions of dollars. Hurley has the money -- Google bought YouTube for $1.6 billion.

The reality star was spotted grabbing lunch in Calif. on Friday, March 14, in a red cutout mini dress and a deep tan we can only guess is a result of a luxurious vacation or a trip to the salon.

Stodden, 19, spent the afternoon with her BFF Anderson Brooks, a Los Angeles nightlight personality. Earlier in the week, the buxom blonde attended the Style Fashion Week party in L.A. wearing a see-through black lace dress only she could pull off.

Chris Brown will stay in jail until April 23 ... he was SHUT DOWN in court Monday afternoon in his bid to win release.

Chris was arrested after getting booted from rehab Friday. The judge had ordered him to stay in rehab while he decided whether Brown violated his probation in the Rihanna case. The judge had Chris arrested almost immediately after the rehab facility kicked him out.
The judge said Chris had an "inability to stay out of trouble." Hizzoner was especially concerned at a statement Chris made at the rehab joint, "I am good at using guns and knives."
So Chris will sit in jail until April 23. The judge wants Chris in the slammer until a D.C. jury decides if Chris committed criminal assault in an unrelated case. That trial is set for April 17 and should only last a few days. It's unclear if the judge will let Chris back to attend the trial.
The L.A. judge will hold a probation violation hearing on April 23, and if Chris is convicted in D.C. he's in big trouble. Worst case scenario ... he could be sentenced to 4 years in prison for violating probation in the Rihanna case. One of the conditions -- obey all laws.
TMZ broke the story, Chris was booted from rehab Friday for violating three internal rules at the facility -- most significantly ... violating a rule specifically for Chris -- stay at least 2 feet away from every woman in the facility. He was seen touching a woman's elbow and hands.
He also violated the rule requiring him to submit to a random drug test. He belatedly had a change of heart and came up clean, but the initial refusal was a violation.
And Chris talked smack about rehab during a group therapy session.
Chris was arrested immediately after he got kicked out ... staying in rehab was a requirement of the judge pending his trial in D.C. next month for assault.

The cast of "Game of Thrones" hit the red carpet last night for the Season 4 premiere in NYC -- and they looked almost unrecognizable compared to their on-screen counterparts.
Long gone were Daeneryn Targaryen's long blonde tresses, as actress Emilia Clarke was sporting a short, dark 'do for the event.
And she wasn't the only one with a totally different look.
Lena Heady (Cersei) was rocking dark locks as well, while Carice Van Houten's hair was brunette ... and not Melisandre's unnatural red hue.
And though Gwendoline Christie, Maisie Williams and Rose Leslie all skew towards the tomboy side on the HBO series, they all looked gorgeous in a collection of black and white dresses.
As for the men, they looked totally different as well, with shaved faces and tamed hair. And wait until you see what "The Hound" looks like under all prosthetics!

Chris Brown was thrown out of the Malibu rehab facility Friday for violating 3 internal rules ... including a special rule imposed specifically on him -- STAY AT LEAST 2 FEET FROM THE WOMEN.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the rehab facility imposed the 2-foot rule because of the Rihanna case -- specifically, that he beat her. The people who run the facility imposed the highly unusual rule, and we're told Chris violated it by touching elbows and hands with a woman.

As for the 2 other violations, we're told Chris left the facility last week on an authorized outing, but when he returned he was told to submit to a random drug test and he refused. Our sources say he later took the test and the results were negative, but the initial refusal was a violation of rules.

And the third violation ... the facility claims Chris made a mockery of rehab during a group session with some harsh comments.

Our sources say Chris was also in some sort of sexual encounter with a woman at the facility at the beginning of the month, but for some reason that is not part of the basis for booting him.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris was arrested Friday because he violated the order of the judge in the Rihanna case ... the judge required him to stay in rehab for anger management until mid-April, when his Washington D.C. assault case ran its course.

He's currently being held in jail without bail. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, will appear in court Monday with Brown in an attempt to get him freed. We're guessing Geragos will ask for house arrest until the D.C. trial.

As we reported, self-proclaimed model Chantel Jeffries was riding shotgun in Bieber's yellow Lamborghini when he was popped for DUI.

And clearly, it was more than just a random hookup ... Chantel crashed with Bieber in his rented Miami mansion just hours after he was released from the pokey.

Meanwhile, Selena was out on the town in L.A., smiling and signing autographs for fans.

Justin Bieber is suffering from the same delusion that Michael Jackson once embraced -- putting on a false air of confidence when behind the scenes their lives are falling apart.

Justin did the same thing Thursday as he left jail ... after being busted for DUI and resisting arrest.

As much as both of them protested ... Michael and Justin had the same Achilles' heel -- drugs. Michael was hooked on a pharmacy of prescription drugs, and Justin has an enormous problem with sizzurp.

It didn't end well for Michael. It's not too late for Justin.

Snoop Dogg took the meaning of hotbox to a whole new level Thursday night ... when he smoked out his Australian hotel room so intensely, firefighters RACED to the scene thinking there was a real fire!

Here's what went down ... cops say "smoke from an unidentified source" triggered a fire alarm around 10am ... and firefighters who happened to be in the hotel rushed up to the scene to investigate the situation.

But when they got to the room, the firefighters quickly realized there was no fire ... just a ton of smoke (duh, it's Snoop) ... though officials won't say if weed was involved.

Once the situation calmed down, Snoop actually took some Instagram pics with the responders ... and talked about how he always wanted to be a firefighter.

He does enjoy getting blazed.

Justin Bieber's people are asking the singer to come back to L.A. so they can sit with him and convince him to go into therapy ... IMMEDIATELY.

Sources connected with Bieber tell us ... they have been trying to get him into rehab for months, but he has scoffed at the idea -- he won't have a conversation about it and insists he doesn't need it.

So we're told his people believe the next best step is psychotherapy ... to deal with both his drug problem and the underlying issues that have caused it. We're told Justin has not rejected the notion of therapy and is willing to have the discussion when he returns to L.A.

Justin's team have played armchair shrink over the last year, and they believe the root problems involve his upbringing as well as the obvious -- being a child star who grew up rich and famous and got a little too used to it.

Justin's people are hoping that a judge might order him into rehab ... but the reality is that probably won't happen because the Miami offenses are not that serious.

Za was in Bieber's Calabasas backyard Thursday ... spray panting his demand to free Bieber and Khalil after their arrests in Miami Beach early that morning.

Now here's what's really interesting. People familiar with the skateboard ramp pointed us in the direction of the splatter marks. Sources VERY familiar with the situation tell us ... they're EGG splatters.

The splatters are highly relevant in the case of the egging of Bieber's neighbor last week. One connected source told us ... Bieber and his buds were stoned in his backyard just before the egging incident, throwing eggs at each other and hitting the ramp. Then on a lark they went next door and did the same to Justin's neighbor.

A key law enforcement source tells EMK ... when Sheriff's deputies executed their search warrant last week ... they saw the skate ramp from a distance but didn't scrutinize it.

The law enforcement source said to us ... this makes total sense ... because they were all baffled as to why Justin would suddenly attack the neighbor for no apparent reason. It makes more sense that the games in the backyard escalated to an egg attack on Justin's neighbor.

The athletic shoe company tells EMK, "Nothing is changing in our relationship with Mr. Bieber at this time" ... which sounds like they're leaving that door open.

Bieber signed a big endorsement deal with Adidas back in 2012 -- he and Selena Gomez are the celebrity faces for the company's NEO line.

The Biebs earned about $58 million last year ... a good chunk of that from deals he made to hawk sneakers, headphones, nail polish, makeup, a prepaid credit card and the acne cream, Proactiv -- which paid him about $3 mil until that deal ended.

None of those other companies -- as far as we can tell -- have made any move to ax Bieber.

And judging by that mugshot ... maybe he shoulda stuck with Proactiv.
