Karrueche Tran didn't dump Chris Brown because of the girl he allegedly banged in rehab -- sources close to the model tell TMZ ... she dropped the hammer on their relationship because he refused to stop texting his army of jump offs.

There's been speculation that Karrueche pulled the plug when she found out he had hooked up with another girl in his facility at the beginning of March -- but we're told the break-up preceded that ... We're told Karrueche ended things after she visited Chris in rehab the month before.
Sources tell us ... Karrueche saw Chris' phone during her visit -- and it was filled with inappropriate texts from other girls. It was the last straw. We're told Karrueche was especially pissed because she'd been nothing but supportive to Chris throughout his ordeal, even going to court with him.
We're told Karrueche wasn't even aware Chris had allegedly been getting down with girls in rehab until long after the break-up.

Justin Bieber and his buddies drink the champagne of sizzurp ... and lots of it -- TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Justin is a fan of Actavis prometh with codeine cough syrup -- known in the lean community as top of the line.

Street value runs around $800 a pint ... the biggest size you can get. It's not something you can buy over the counter at CVS for sure. You can either get it with a prescription or get it somewhere outside the U.S. We're told Bieber does the latter -- he has a connection that secures it in another country.

Our sources say when Justin is at his worst ... he downs between 8 and 12 ounces a day ... which is A LOT.

We broke the story ... Justin's people are urging him to go to rehab to tackle his drug problem ... but so far he's been resistant.

Madonna says she had no idea people would take such offense over her use of the n-word yesterday -- even though at 55 she probably should.

Madge released a statement moments ago saying she's not a racist ... and her use of the hashtag "#disni**a" in reference to her son on Instagram Friday was not meant as a racial slur.

Madonna explains, "There's no way to defend the use of the word. It was all about intention ... It was used as a term of endearment toward my son who is white."

Madonna adds, "I appreciate that it's a provocative word and I apologize if it gave people the wrong impression. Forgive me."

Justin Bieber is using drugs with alarming regularity ... and it's making him so erratic his people have been urging him to go to rehab ... sources closely connected with the singer tell TMZ.

Multiple credible, connected sources tell us ... Bieber has been using sizzurp regularly. It's typically codeine and promethazine mixed with Sprite and a Jolly Rancher. Bieber and his crew refer to it as "lean." It's a very dangerous narcotic that can trigger seizures, and even worse.

But that's not the only drug Bieber is using. We're told he's been taking lots of prescription pills, including Xanax, in addition to lots of alcohol and weed.

Our sources insist he does NOT do cocaine and has never done it in his life.

We're told a number of people are very worried and have urged him to get help -- including going to rehab.

Miley Cyrus posted this video to Instagram yesterday, and it brings up a lot of unanswered questions, questions like "how are you so cute, Miley?" and "why are you singing about corn?" and "what's the story about the cops?" But seriously though, what's the story about the cops? She sings in her little "We Can't Stop" parody about how she didn't want to deal with a cop, so she made her BFF/assistant/jackass Cheyne Thomas do it, but why did she have to deal with the cops in the first place? Was it because of corn?!

We have so many questions and approximately zero answers, friends, but that doesn't change the fact that Miley Cyrus sang a song about corn, and that is pretty darn cute.

Update: Sorry, you guys, I wasn't trying to start something, I really thought she said "cop" instead of "cob." Obviously cob makes more sense. I will never forgive myself for this.

Khloe Kardashian is morphing into her sister, Kim Kardashian!

The 29-year-old debuted her new haircut on Saturday, sporting shorter and curlier locks as she went to a baby shower with Kourtney and Kylie.

But it wasn't just her hair that had us thinking of Kim, but Khloe's outfit.

Khloe must have raided her older sister's closet, because she was seen wearing the exact same Calvin Klein Collection white knit sweater and matching skirt that Kim wore out to dinner just last weekend.

While Khloe paired her look with a tan jacket, Kim didn't cover it up. Both women used the outfit as an excuse to show off their equally impressive stomachs.

Beyonce has cut Kelly Rowland out of her life -- and it was truly the unkindest cut of all.

Check out this photo (above) Beyonce posted on Instagram last night ... in honor of Aaliyah's 35th birthday.

But here's what you don't see ... Kelly Rowland ... who was in the pic when it was snapped in 2001 at the MTV Movie Awards, mere months before Aaliyah was killed in a plane crash.

Kelly posted the original photo on Instagram hours before Beyonce. Then Beyonce reposted it in black and white, completely cropping Kelly out of the pic ... and putting herself smack in the middle of the shot.

TMZ broke the story ... Octomom was charged with cheating the welfare system out of more than $16K by failing to report income she made from personal appearances and her masturbation video.

Octo faces nearly 6 years of prison, but here's the way it usually works. If she pays what she owes, prosecutors will probably reduce the charge to a misdemeanor and judges usually don't send first time offenders to jail -- they get probation and community service.

Octo was receiving food stamps and other assistance because she stupidly had 14 kids.

Justin Bieber has an saboteur in his camp ... a guy who claims he has text messages that the singer sent to Selena Gomez and others ... complete with pictures of his junk -- but EMK has learned the texts and pictures are bogus.

The guy is trying to sell the texts to various media outlets through an intermediary. The alleged texts include an argument with Selena Gomez in which Bieber supposedly tells her to f off, and rejects her plea for him to go to rehab.

In another text there are supposed conversations that Justin's inner circle would stage an intervention at 11:30 last night. That didn't happen, because the text is bogus.

As for the penis photo, it was supposedly sent to Selena.

The photo appears to taunt her -- "Come on, don't tell me you don't miss this."

The response is: "Stop it. You need to listen to Scooter and go to rehab. u r sick."

Justin texts back: "F**k you. F**k scooter. F**k all y'all I AM DONE!" He also says, "Can't hear you over my cash, babe!" You're only famous cuz of me."

Sources who are privy to the situation tell EMK ... these texts are all phony and someone who is actually in Bieber's world has turned on him.

What we have right here are some photos of Farrah Abraham, out and about, shopping for a wide variety of condoms. And on one hand, that's great. It's great that she's staying safe, and it's great that she's not trying to have another kid that she can make weird, sad statements about or wax their 4-year-old unibrows. But on the other hand, this is probably the saddest thing that ever happened, because think about it: this is Farrah's life. This is what she does. She makes stupid faces in public -- intentionally -- and gets photographed buying a bunch of condoms -- also intentionally -- and she makes sure that you see that she's buying the Magnums.

Za -- who was arrested for felony drug possession Tuesday -- just tweeted, "Some stuff I've done has been wrong yes. but look at the position I'm in and the color of my skin. Cocaine? Really?"

Truth be told ... cops think it's Molly ... a form of Ecstasy.

It's unclear if Za is saying he was singled out because he's black or that cocaine is a "white guy's" drug.

Za was also arrested for beating a jail phone to death and charged with felony vandalism.

Lil Za Plays Race Card in Drug Bust at Justin Bieber's House

Playboy Playmate Cassandra Lynn was found dead in her friend's L.A. home Wednesday ... and police are investigating the death as a possible overdose, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told Lynn's friend found her floating in a bath tub. The friend then called police, reporting a possible OD. When paramedics arrived they could not revive her. Foul play is not suspected.

Lynn -- Miss February 2006 -- was 34.

Cassandra was pretty active on Twitter ... her last real tweet was three days ago.

Her Twitter updated automatically with her horoscope ... her latest reads: "Unspoken obligations prevent you from doing what you wish today ... No matter what you do now, you might not feel completely fulfilled. Working harder isn't the answer, but neither is escape." Eerie.

Justin Bieber could go to prison for years -- very worst case scenario -- for his egg vandalism ... but he will NOT be deported to Canada.

There are stories circulating that the stakes are high for Bieber -- as in getting thrown out of the U.S.

Simply not true. The law is clear. In order to be deported for a crime, the offender must commit what is called an "aggravated" offense. The law lists the various offenses, including:

-- possession of explosive materials or firearms
-- possession of child porn
-- illicit drug trafficking
-- alien smuggling
-- threats against the President
-- Sabotage or treason

Eggs are not on the list.

There is one catch-all -- crimes involving "moral turpitude." But that's defined as crimes that shock the public conscience. Egging just doesn't cut it.

Justin Bieber WON'T Be Deported -- Even If He's a Felon

A former MTV reality star says she's the victim of a botched boob job ... and it left her left nipple so messed up, it "oozed" for several years ... this according to a lawsuit obtained by EMK.

The woman behind the suit is Tiffany Rowe-Storms, who starred on "There and Back" in 2006 with then fiance Ashley Parker Angel from O-Town (they've since broken up).

In her suit, Tiffany claims she went under the knife for a routine breast augmentation surgery back in 2008 ... but something went horribly wrong, and "open sores developed" around her left nipple.

Tiffany claims the problems got worse ... and she was hospitalized for pain in her left nipple in 2010 -- where emergency room personnel discovered signs of staph infection.

In her suit, Tif claims she went to another surgeon in 2012 who found "chronic oozing and infection in her left breast."

Tif says the other surgeon also discovered a strain of staph in her left breast that was so severe, she was "at risk of losing her arm or worse, had it spread."

Now, Tiffany is suing the surgeon who performed the original surgery back in '08 for malpractice -- and for the humiliation of having a wonky left nipple. She's asking for unspecified damages.
